Should you wish to receive updates regarding new release wines and events at Driftwood Estate, you will need to join via our website separately – go to the “Contact Us” tab and drop down to “Join”.
As stated, details provided to Driftwood Estate when you order our wine on-line are used only to process and fulfill your order. Your personal details will not be released to any other parties or used for any other purposes.
Age Restriction:
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence: To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6000).For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500).Liquor licence number: 6230047910.You must be aged 18 years old to purchase any Driftwood Estate Wine.
Refund and Return Policy:
It is our Guarantee that all wine deliveries leave Driftwood Estate in perfect condition. Please contact us within 14 days should you receive product that is damaged, faulty or corked and we will be in contact to arrange replacement, alternate product or a refund. Our transport services are provided by Australia Post and goods shipped are covered by their Insurance. Any damages will be claimed back through Australia Post and Driftwood Estate will replace and resend your wine FOC. Driftwood Estate reserves the right to refuse refunds where necessary and will not be responsible for late advice on quality of goods received after 14 days.
Delivery and Shipping Information:
Minimum order accepted is 6 Bottles of Wine ONLY.
All delivery is via Australian Post. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania and Northern Territory) may take up to 10 working days.
International Delivery:
Please email us with any inquiries regarding deliveries outside Australia.
Availability:
Please understand that wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. If a particular vintage of our wine is no longer in stock, it will automatically be replaced with the next vintage. In the event that a particular wine has been discontinued and a transaction has already taken place, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or refund.
