This is a licensed event patrons under 18 years with a purchased ticket will only be permitted entry if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No replacement given to lost, stolen or destroyed tickets.

Seating
Limited space for Picnic blankets, low chairs (high chairs positioned at rear of venue) in designated area to west of amphitheatre only.

What to Bring
Picnic blanket, low chair (high chairs positioned at rear of venue), picnic hampers, hats, raincoat, sunscreen.

Not Permitted
No BYO alcohol, soft drinks or bottled water (Note: only sealed bottle water allowed)
No tables, umbrellas, tents and sun shelters, GLASS items, or balloons.

Food and Drink
Food, beer, wine, premix RTDs, soft drinks, bottled & free water, coffee & tea will be available for purchase on site.

Parking / Transport – This is being done by Gannaways. They book directly on their web site.
Limited parking will be available on site free of charge. Pre booked Bus service

ID must be presented upon request. No ID, No Entry.
All bags are subject to a safety & security search upon entry and exit.
No alcohol is to be removed from the licensed area.

Although smoking is permitted at this event, it is permitted only in the designated “smoking area”.
